1. How does the Nexo Referral Program work

With our Referral Program, you can receive BTC rewards for inviting friends to join Nexo.

Each reward is associated with a specific task that your friend has to complete. Keep in mind that the amounts related to each task may be different depending on the referrer’s country of residence. You can find an overview of the requirements below.

2. What are the requirements to get a referral reward

To receive BTC rewards, invite your friend to open a Nexo account using your unique referral link. Once your friend registers, they have to verify their identity and complete at least one of the following tasks:

Top Up Task:

• Your referral has to buy or top up 500 USD worth of any asset (Top-Up amount*) through a single transaction during the first 90 days after registration.
• Your referral needs to maintain a portfolio balance greater than or equal to the Top-Up amount during the first 30 days of funding their account.
• Your referral may add more funds at any time to ensure their portfolio balance doesn’t fall below the Top-Up amount during the 30-day period. Unlike the initial top-up, any subsequent transactions may be below the Top-Up amount.
• You and your referral will receive a respective BTC reward* (ranging between $5 and $25) for completing this task, depending on the referrer’s country of residence.

• Your referral has to exchange a specific amount* (Exchange amount**) worth of digital assets on the Nexo Exchange within 90 days after their registration to receive a reward*.
• You will receive a reward* equal to 0.1% of their exchange volume during the first 90 days after registration, capped at 00,000, which is equivalent to up to 00 after the 90-day period expires.

• Your referral will need to borrow a specific amount* (Borrow amount***) during the first 90 days after their registration to receive a reward*.
• You will receive a reward* equal to 0.15% of their borrowed amount during the first 90 days after registration, capped at $50,000, which is equivalent to up to $75 after the 90-day period expires.

Important clarifications:

* The Top-Up, Exchange, and Borrow amounts (denominated in USD), as well as rewards (paid out in BTC), depend on the referrer’s country of residence and may also vary due to limited promotional conditions. These amounts can be viewed:

• If you are referred: in the Refer a Friend>My Tasks section of your Nexo account.
• If you are a referrer: in the Refer a Friend>My Referrals section of your Nexo account.

** Nexo Swap, Crypto Baskets, executed Target Price Swaps, and exchange transactions associated with the Nexo Booster count toward the Exchange amount. Swaps performed at the maturity of a Dual Investment subscription, Stablecoin-to-Stablecoin swaps (e.g. USDT/USDC), FIATx-to-FIATx swaps (e.g. EURx/GBPx), and Futures trading on the Nexo Exchange do not count toward the Exchange amount.

*** Loans withdrawn from the Credit Line product and loans generated through the Nexo Booster count toward the Borrow amount. Nexo Card purchases in Credit Mode and credit generated through Futures on the Nexo Exchange do not count toward the Borrow amount.

Notes:

• Referral tasks are independent and can be completed in any order.
• The referral tasks must be completed within the first 90 days after registration.

3. How do I share my Nexo referral link

1. Log in to your Nexo account and complete Identity Verification if you haven’t done so already.

2. On the web platform, click on the gift icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then select the Copy button, as shown in the image below.

If you’re using the Nexo app, go to My Profile>Invite Friends, then tap Share Link.

• Q: Who can participate in the Referral Program?
  • A: If the Referral Program is available to you, you will see the Refer a Friend section in your Nexo account. It is accessed by clicking on My profile>Rewards hub>Referral rewards.

• Q: Where can I track my tasks?
  • A: You will see the tab titled Complete Tasks in the Refer a Friend section of your Nexo account.

• Q: How many friends can I refer?
  • A: You can invite an unlimited number of friends, but they must not have created a Nexo account before.

• Q: How do I keep track of my referrals?
  • A: You can track your referrals’ progress in My Profile>Invite Friends inside the Nexo app.

• Q: How do I check the status of my referrals?
  • A: Click on the gift icon (in the upper right corner), then scroll down to My Referrals and select the referral whose status you want to check

• Q: When will I receive my reward?
  • A: Rewards for all referral tasks are paid out automatically. The Top-Up task reward is paid out within 48 hours of the 30th day after the invitee has met the requirements. Rewards for the Exchange and Borrow tasks are paid within the following timeframes:
