What are the withdrawal limits
In this article:
1. Overview of the withdrawal limits
When withdrawing digital assets from your Nexo account, please keep in mind the following withdrawal limits:
2. When do the withdrawal limits reset
Withdrawal limits reset on a rolling basis 24 hours after the most recent withdrawal.
Example: On March 1, you withdraw K USD worth of Bitcoin at 10:00 UTC. Later that day, at 14:00 UTC, you withdraw another $9K in BTC. This means you have used up 0K of your $500K crypto withdrawal limit, leaving you with $490K that you can still withdraw.
The next day, just before 10:00 UTC, your withdrawal limit is still $490K. When the clock hits 10:00 UTC, your available limit goes up by K to $491K because 24 hours have passed since your first withdrawal. By 14:00, the available limit returns to the full $500K because 24 hours have passed since your second withdrawal.
Time/Date | Available limit (March 1) | Available limit (March 2) |
9:59 UTC | $500K | $490K |
10:00 UTC | $499K | $491K |
14:00 UTC | $490K | $500K |
Note that Platinum users maintaining a portfolio balance of at least $5,000 can make one free withdrawal per month for either FIATx or crypto assets.
