My Nexo Card hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do
Cards are usually shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. While most customers receive theirs within 7 business days after the shipment, the delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the country.
If you have not received your Nexo Card within a month of placing the order, Nexo recommends waiting a few more days to see if it is delivered promptly. Most of the time, a delay in delivery is caused by public holidays, issues with postal/courier services, and weather conditions.
It is also possible that your Nexo Card has already been delivered to your local Post Office. Please contact them to confirm if the card has arrived and is waiting to be collected.
