Is Nexo available in the US, the EU, Asia, Latin America, etc.? Nexo gets asked about this quite often, so here is a much-needed clarification.

While Nexo is a global company, there are specific countries/jurisdictions in which Nexo does not operate:

Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Canada, Central African Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, Kherson, Libya, Luhansk, Myanmar, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, United States, Yemen, Zaporizhzhia.

All or part of the Nexo Services, some features thereof, or some Digital Assets are not available in certain jurisdictions, including where restrictions or limitations may apply, as indicated on the Nexo Platform.
