- Q: Is there a withdrawal fee?
- A: Yes, for withdrawals over the Bitcoin, Ethereum, Celestia, or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) networks or for USDT withdrawals over the Tron network. All other assets and network combinations are exempt from withdrawal fees, as those are covered by Nexo. Platinum clients have one free FIATx or crypto withdrawal via select networks, as listed here.
- Q: Is the fee included in the amount I withdraw?
- A: Yes, by default. Alternatively, you can turn off this option on the withdrawal screen, so the fee is taken from your Savings Wallet instead.
- Q: If I have to pay a fee, will the minimum amount I can withdraw change?
- A: Yes, the fee amount will be included in the minimum amount that can be withdrawn.
For example, the minimum withdrawal amount for BTC is 0.0002 units. We assume the blockchain fee is equal to 0.00001 BTC at the time of your withdrawal and that your monthly free withdrawal is already used. In that case, the minimum amount of BTC you can withdraw is equal to 0.0002 + 0.00001 = 0.00021 BTC.

Depending on your Loyalty tier, you will receive between 1 and 5 monthly crypto withdrawals completely free of charge.
Important: In case you have used up your free withdrawals, you will have to cover the transaction fee which is deducted from the withdrawal amount. In case you are trying to withdraw the minimum amount and have no free withdrawal left, the system will take into account the respective withdrawal fee. Hence, the on-screen notification will indicate a higher minimum withdrawal amount resulting from the included fee which is otherwise covered by Nexo.
