1. Nexo Card availability

In which countries is the Nexo Card available? This is one of the most frequently asked questions we receive.

The Nexo Card is available only to citizens and residents of selected European countries, including the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. To be eligible, you must complete Identity Verification with a supported identity document issued in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or another eligible country in Europe.

2. Requirements to get a Nexo Card

If you are a citizen or resident of a supported country, you will need to meet the following criteria to activate your Nexo Card:

* Ordering physical Nexo Cards is temporarily paused as of January 17, 2025. Nexo is actively working on resuming this service.

3. Important notes

• The Nexo Card is available only to personal (individual) account holders. Corporate (business) account holders cannot order Nexo Cards.

• Each eligible client can hold only one active physical Nexo Card and one active virtual Nexo Card at any given time.
