What do I do if my Nexo Card is due to expire
To find the expiry date of your virtual or physical Nexo Card, open the Nexo app and go to Card>Card details.
The expiry date of your physical card is also visible on the back of the card itself. Note that the date is written in the MM/YY format, whereas the actual expiration date of your card is the last day of that month.
If your Nexo Card is about to expire, you may choose to wait until it expires and then order a new one.
Alternatively, you can deactivate your expiring card in advance. Here’s how to do it:
- For physical cards: Mark the card as Destroyed and order a new one immediately by switching the Reorder card toggle on. Alternatively, you can order a new card later by swiping left in the Card tab and tapping Order Nexo Card.
- For virtual cards: Go to the Card tab and tap Deactivate card. To order a new virtual card, follow the steps in this article.
